1. Products sold on Arezah-mi (a subsidiary of Elegant Designs) can only be returned to our overseas warehouse.
   You must open a dispute for the order before returning any product.
2. Contact our customer support team or your assigned agent to avoid any errors.
3. A return link will be provided after the dispute process, which will require your order number and email for verification.
4. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
5. Please note that international shipping can take up to 3 months for products to reach the warehouse.
